Metro Manila · The Columns
The Columns is home to may Megacitizens but the area is also frequented by non-residents because of its restaurants. This includes Kopiroti, New Bombay, Joey Pepperoni among others. It is also home to one Bank of the Philippine Islands branch.
The Columns offers condominium units right in the heart of the central business district. Providing tenants a unique urban experience, this building, located at the corner of Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue and Ayala Avenue, features landscaped plazas and restaurants on the ground floor, a centralized mail room system, lush gardens at the recreational deck, a centralized garbage collection system, two high speed lifts, 24-hour security, five levels of parking space, guest parking, swimming pools, gym and fitness center, a daycare center complete with outdoor play area, function rooms, and a game room and mini theater.
The Columns is a convenient place to live in general, as it is very close to both Makati HotSpots, Legazpi and Salcedo Village. At the same time, it has convenience stores, a bank, and several options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – places you can visit even if you don't live there. Sadly though, it does not have any decent bar for an after-work drink.
Location And How To Get There
Ayala Avenue, Makati City
The Columns is located between the streets Malugay, Ayala Avenue, and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia), right next to Salcedo Village and the Legazpi Village Hotspots. The best way to get there is to take a cab to RCBC Plaza and then just cross the street.
