Metro Manila · Golf
Golf is a popular sport among the higher middle class and the upper class in Manila, among Filipinos and expats alike. In fact, some of the few green spots you see on the city map are not parks but vast golf courses, accessible only to members or paying guests.
For those who have the money, golf is a great opportunity to relax and enjoy a healthy day in the middle of the Megacity. The golf courses offer a neat green environment that is secluded from the noise and the pollution of the metro. Here is a list of some of Manila's centrally located golf clubs.
The list will still grow over time. For more golf courses in Manila and the Philippines, you can also refer to this list in Wikipedia.

The Club Intramuros Golf Course is quite short but there are plenty of challenges. Almost every hole includes either water hazards, out of bonds, or both. The club, established in 1907, is located in the heart of manila, right in front of the thick walls of Intramuros. It can be played in just over two hours, which makes it ideal for business people looking for a quick round of golf.

This Golf Course belongs to the Villamor Air Base of the Philippine Air Force but it is also open for guests. It was host to the Philippine Masters a number of times. The terrain is quite flat in general, but trees, elevated greens, water hazards, and winds make the course an attractive challenge.
